Reservation System Set-Up
Our online reservation system
is highly flexible and can be set up with various different
operating configurations and custom visual settings to suit your business,
your preferences and your website. The setup process can be done with a 48
hour turn around time for websites designed and hosted by Digital
Storm. For websites not hosted
with Digital Storm, we will need access to your website in order to insert
the necessary code and make textual and esthetic modifications to guide
your site visitors to the system and ensure the easy use of it. To access
your website, we will need the following:
After a short consultation
with you to determine your preferences, all we need is your rate schedule and
any relevant policies (cancellation, deposit, restrictions, etc.). The
installation and configuration of the system typically takes less than 3
hours. For innkeepers with complex rate structures (many seasonal rate
periods, differing rates for each room, differing "minimum
stays", etc), the set-up can take as long as 5 hours.
System set-up by Digital Storm is
billed at our hourly
rate.
