Maintenance
Relatively little maintenance is required once the system
is installed and set-up other than the ongoing process of keeping the
system's availability up to date as described on the System Operation
Page. The data base (including the content of the auto-generated emails,
policies, rates, etc.) will however occasionally require other updates.
Clients comfortable with making such changes using the relatively user
friendly interface can update the system themselves or, as usual, Digital
Storm can look after it for you as needed.
Though these updates are usually infrequent, they are very
important as your guests rely on the information.
Secure Online
Reservation System updating or maintenance work performed by Digital Storm Marketing is
billed at our hourly rate (once again, small modifications are billed only
for actual time spent and in increments of as little as 15 minutes).
